The Scottish indie band CHVRCHES remixed MS MR‘s ‘Hurricane.’ This remix is pure magic. It has now become the perfect indie dance tune. The lyrics of the song are quite genius. “Welcome to the inner working of my mind…Nights like this I become afraid of the darkness in my hurricane.” This is a quality tune + remix.

Chase & Status‘ new song is called ‘Lost & Not Found’ featuring Louis M^ttrs. This is a great drum & bass tune. This will be played all over the UK real soon. The track is addictive. It gets stuck in your head + you find yourself singing it long after the song is over. You will love this tune.

I have another great dance tune for you. It is the Hook N Sling Remix of The Presets‘ ‘Fall.’ Hook N Sling have created an anthem full of energy. The lead singer has a funny way of saying that he is falling in love. “In your arms I fall all the way to hell.” It sounds dark, but I am pretty sure he means it in a positive way. Take a listen!

Do you want to know what will be the next massive song in the dance world? It will surely be ‘Reload’ by Sebastian Ingrosso, Tommy Trash + John Martin. This song is sick. It contains all of the right elements to become an anthem. I am surprised that Avicii got Lana Del Rey to work with him on a new dance song. The song is so fresh that it has not been released yet. The only versions available are decent quality club rips. The song is called ‘Dance in the Water (Wild Boys)’ + it is really good. This will be huge once it is finally released. ‘Dance in the Water’ is meant to be played at parties + clubs. Another preview I have for you is by Ray Foxx feat. Rachel K Collier. The song is called ‘Boom Boom (Heartbeat).’ This is my favorite new dance tune. I first heard it on Danny Howard‘s BBC Radio 1 show on Saturday. It instantly put me in the best of moods. This will be an international dance hit. Get ready to dance! “Boom Boom!”

Basement Jaxx are back with a new tune called ‘Back 2 the Wild.’ The song is crazy + wild. It will surely make you smile. There are experimental sounds, bongo drums, chanting + plenty more sounds to get you excited. The music video is brilliant, colorful + wonderful.  ”Let’s get naked!”

Kat Krazy created a remix for Bastille‘s ‘Laura Palmer.’ When Kat Krazy + Bastille come together, they create magic. It is filled with tons of energy + Kat Krazy allows Bastille’s vocals to shine. “This is your heart. Can you feel it?” I can surely feel it.

The last tune I want to share with you is one that I heard on Tiesto‘s Club Life show the other day. It is the Alle Farben remix of Daughter‘s ‘Youth.’ Daughter’s vocals are beautiful. I cannot believe that I just found out about Usher + Swedish House Mafia‘s ‘Euphoria.’ I should have been blasting this great tune for months now. Usher’s voice works really well on dance tracks. This needs to be one of his singles. It will be a massive international hit, if it gets released as one. Get lost in Usher + Swedish House Mafia’s trance with me.

Rudimental recently released a new tune featuring Foxes. It is called ‘Right Here.’ The Andy C remix is fantastic. With Foxes’ vocals + Rudimental’s brilliant production, you will fall in love with this. This is drum & bass goodness.

Disclosure just leaked ‘You & Me’ featuring Eliza Doolittle. I am in love with this tune. I am a big fan of Eliza Doolittle. I am happy to hear her on a new track. “It’s gonna be you + me. It’s gonna be everything you ever dreamed.”

I am ecstatic that Empire of the Sun in back with new music. They have just released their new single ‘Alive.’ This has a chill indie vibe to it with a dance beat. This is one is an instant favorite of mine. “Lovin’ every minute, ’cause you make me feel so alive.”

I want to leave you with a relaxing tune by Lewis Watson. The track is called ‘Into the Wild.’ I cannot stop listening to this song. It is a beautiful love tune. “In a drop of a hat I could leave almost everything that I’ve ever known…you can be my way of life.” I love that line. You will fall in love with this song.

The MK Dub III remix of Storm Queen‘s ‘Look Right Through’ perfectly fits in with this post. It shares the same 90′s house vibe of the Jessie Ware track. This song sounds like it could have came right out of the 90′s. This remix is great. Add this song to your party playlists + enjoy.

Travel into 2013 and you have The Partysquad + Boaz‘ ‘Oh My.’ This is a hardcore trap tune with reggae elements in it. This track is much harder than the first two tunes. “Oh My! Look up into the sky + see me fly.” When I first heard this tune, I was blown away by its greatness. This tune will surely get you dancing.

I have an unexpected collaboration for you. Snoop Lion (Snoop Dogg) + Miley Cyrus have a new single together. It is called ‘Ashtrays and Heartbreaks.’ It is produced by Major Lazer. I am surprised by how well Miley Cyrus’ voice works in a reggae tune. She is singing about smoking weed + sadness. This song is pure genius. I love the new reggae-vibed Snoop Lion. You will too!

Baauer is the artist that created the viral sensation ‘Harlem Shake.’  He remixed AlunaGeorge‘s new single ‘Attracting Flies.’  I originally expected to hear a massive trap remix.  He was more creative with ‘Attracting Flies’ + went in a more creative direction.  It has elements of trap in it, but it does not really fit into just one genre.  The original is still a favorite of mine + Baauer brings a new, darker feel to the track.  What do you think of it?

Duke Dumont created a masterpiece out of HAIM‘s new single ‘Falling.’  The remix has a chill vibe to it.  I am obsessed with this remix.  It reminds me of Skream‘s epic ‘In For the Kill’ remix from a few years ago.  The remixes do not sound the same, but they turn the songs into something completely different than their originals.  They both have an epic vibe to them.  You will be listening to the Duke Dumont remix more than once.  I promise you that.

Alesso created an anthem with his remix of OneRepublic‘s ‘If I Lose Myself.’  I personally feel that this should be the single version of the track.  You will lose yourself in this remix.  It has a massive trance-house feel to it.  This will tear up all of the dancefloors around the world.  Alesso tapped into perfection with this remix.

‘Leaving You’ by Audien + Michael S. is a brilliant dance tune.  The music is great, but the lyrics are what make this tune special.  When Michael S. says “I never ever met nobody like you.  That ain’t a compliment, that’s the truth…that’s why I’m leaving you.”  This is one of those songs that you can angry dance to.  I am in love with this one.

The last song I want to share with you does not fit in with the other tracks.  It is an amazing alternative tune called ‘Riptide’ by Vance Joy.  I like ‘Riptide’ so much that I can gladly listen to it on repeat.  His voice is soothing + lyrics are fantastic.  “Lady running down to the riptide, taken away to the dark side.  I want to be your left-hand man.”

British DJ Torqux + British rapper Lady Leshurr team up on ‘Blazin.” I have been a fan of Lady Leshurr’s since 2011. She is a talented rapper that is still new on the hip-hop scene. Torqux utilized her talents well + created an epic club hit. ‘Blazin’ will have you dancing around + acting like a fool. This is one of my favorite tunes at the moment. You will fall in love with this.

Rye Rye is back with a new song that is off of her upcoming mixtape ‘RYEde or Die.’ The track is called ‘After Party.’ This is the ultimate party song. Rye Rye is sounding great on this track. She is back + sounding hardcore.  This is my favorite side of Rye Rye. I love it when she is hardcore + fun, all at the same time. I am excited to hear the rest of  the ‘RYEde or Die’ mixtape.

Amplify Dot is one talented British rapper. I recently found her track ‘Get Down’ + fell in love. It is a fun tune. She raps a line “Stars on me, Chanukah, Jewish.” She is a real rapper with a lot of potential. I can listen to ‘Get Down’ on repeat. Make sure you play this track at your next party. You will get everyone up + dancing.

The next tune is ‘Out of It’ by Fallulah. Fallulah is going bat shit crazy in this tune. She is trapped inside her head, after a bad breakup. Fallulah turns her troubles into a catchy indie-pop tune. You will be singing along with her. “Oh it’s crazy. It’s crazy up in here. I’m inside my head. How do I get out of it?”

I found a really cool song last week by TOKiMONSTA + MNDR. The track is called ‘Go With It.’ MNDR’s voice sounds as beautiful as ever. She is singing pretty strong lyrics that really impress me. “Follow me, ’cause I’ve been here before. We’re just like family + I won’t screw you wrong…let it go…just go with it.” TOKiMONSTA is responsible for the music + the production of the tune. She did a wonderful job. “Just go with it.”

‘Fantasy’ by New York duo MS MR is a perfectly created tune. It oozes brilliance from the beginning to the end. The lead singer is stuck in her own ‘fantasy.’ She sings “How could you be what I wanna see, when my reality could never live up to the fantasy?” That is a powerful line + chorus. That is quite heartbreaking. I am absolutely in love with this tune.

AlunaGeorge is back with their new single ‘Attracting Flies.’ The song is comical. She is tired of hearing someone talk complete bullshit. She will politely listen, but “everything you exhale is attracting flies.” You will really enjoy this song. It will put a smile on your face.

One of my favorite tunes of the bunch is ‘Royals’ by Lorde. This song is creative. Her voice is what initially captivated me to the song, but it is the lyrics that kept me listening. Lorde begins with the line “I’ve never seen a diamond in the flesh.” She was never made of money, “but every song’s like gold teeth, grey goose, trippin’ in the bathroom, blood stains, ball gowns, trashin’ the hotel room. We don’t care…we’ll never be royals.” She is content + happy with making her own money + living her life the way she wants to. I hope you enjoy this one as much as I do.

Azealia Banks just leaked a new track to the world the other day. The tune is called ‘Barely Legal’ feat. The Strokes. This is the Azealia Banks that I prefer. She is singing, instead of rapping. ‘Barely Legal’ is a mosh posh of various genres. There are R&B, electronic + indie-alternative elements all mixed together into one track. It it quite genius. This is the best track she has put out since ’212.’

Rudimental is about to tear up the dance world with their new tune ‘Waiting All Night.’ It features vocals from Ella Eyre. This drum & bass tune is incredible. You are hooked within the first five seconds of listening to the song. You will be dancing around your room or on the club dancefloor singing “I’ve been waiting all night for you to tell me that you that you want me.” Rudimental puts of fantastic tunes. 2013 will be a great year for them.

The M Machine recently put out a new album ‘Metropolis Pt II.’ Their track ‘Schadenfreude’ is the standout track + will blow your mind. I had no idea what Schadenfreude meant, so I had to look up its meaning. It means to take pleasure in someone else’s misfortune. If that is what this insane dance/electronic track is about, then that is fantastic. This tune oozes heavy bass + creativity. Take a listen.

I just found Felix Cartal‘s remix of Crystal Fighters‘ ‘Plage.’ It is wonderful! The remix has been around for a while now. I just discovered its existence + had to share it with you. It brings me a world of joy every time I listen to it. You will fall in love with this remix. “Do you want to go to the plage with me?”

I first heard MNDR in 2010 + expected big things from them. I am sure they will gain the respect they deserve this year. Their current single ‘Feed Me Diamonds’ is incredible. The lead singer’s voice is hauntingly beautiful. The lyrics are haunting as well. The first line is “lie with me, lie to me.” She does not want an ordinary relationship. She wants one with an insane amount of passion. “Come on, dismantle me, do it slowly.” This track is one that you will have on repeat. You want to know why she wants you to feed her diamonds.

I discovered one of the coolest tracks I have heard in a while on Friday. It is called ‘Bird Machine’ by DJ Snake feat. Alesia. What makes this trap song so special? It uses real bird chirping in its production. I am pretty sure that those are real birds in the tune. It is absolutely creative + brilliant. I can hear this song being sampled + used everywhere in the fiuture. Lets see where this track goes. Enjoy its greatness.

The last tune I want to share with you is the Michael Creange + WEKEED remix of Electric Guest‘s ‘The Bait.’ The original is amazing, but I think I might love the remix a little more. The remix has a lot of complexity to it. It has chill parts, fast + energetic parts with incredible lyrics. You will fall in love with this track.

I found a new Mad Decent tune yesterday that I am in love with. It is called ‘Sweet Like Chocolate’ by Lady Bee + Grace Regine. It is a creative dance tune that will make you want to get up + dance. I played it for a group of children yesterday + they could not help but dance like crazy to it. ‘Sweet Like Chocolate’ is filled with fun energy. Grace Regine does the vocals for this track. I really enjoy her tone + her lyrics are great. You will be singing along to this tune, after a few listens. “You’re sweet like chocolate boy.”

I found a new dance tune last week by Anakyn featuring Fabio Lendrum. It is called ‘Point Blank (Love is Blind).’ It is a great EDM tune with vocals that will tear right through you. There are only a few lines in the song, but they are powerful. “Love is blind, but you stare right through me…so watch me walk away.” Those are some deep lyrics. This will be a great song to workout your aggression to. Enjoy!

I have been in love with Tom Odell‘s ‘Can’t Pretend’ for a bit. It is a great tune. Tom Odell is attached to his love. He has wounds that only his love can mend. He sings “feel our bodies grow + our souls they blend. Yeah love, I hope you know how much my heart depends.” The track is addictive. You will be singing this tune for days.

‘Please Don’t Say You Love Me’ by Gabrielle Aplin is a lovely song. It is beautifully written. Gabrielle Aplin is happy in the relationship that she is in. She does not want to rush a good thing. Her partner makes her heart skip, but she does not want him/her to say that he/she loves her. This is a positively real tune. She is spilling out her feelings. I am sure that some of you can completely relate to this song. “Please don’t say you love me, ’cause I might not cay it back.”

Paloma Faith is a wonderful artist. She has a powerful voice + puts out great music. I am currently in love with one of her new songs called ‘Blood, Sweat & Tears.’  My favorite lines of the song are: “It takes two imperfect people to dance a sweet ballet…when I take my mask off, it’s you I want to hold.” I hope this is released as a single in the UK. It would do really well on the charts. Have fun dancing to this disco-worthy tune.

The last song I have for you is sadly beautiful. ‘Lay Me Down’ by the new artist Sam Smith is amazing + co-produced by Disclosure. You might know Sam Smith from the genius Disclosure tune ‘Latch.’ He did the vocals for that track. His voice is full of soul. The lyrics + emotion of ‘Lay Me Down’ will tear your heart into pieces. He is terribly missing his love. “Your touch, your skin, where do I begin? No words can explain the way I’m missing you…these tears, they tell their own story. You told me not to cry when you were gone. But the feeling’s overwhelming, they’re much too strong.” I do not want to break your heart on Valentine’s Day, but I think I just might. Sam Smith is an artist to watch out for this year. He is extremely talented + is going places in 2013.

Felix Cartal remixed the latest single from the Killers. His remix of ‘Miss Atomic Bomb’ is fantastic. It is filled with energy. Felix Cartal has created a dance anthem. The lead singers’ voice is works perfectly with some heavy bass thrown behind his vocals. This is a dance sing-a-long for sure. “You’re gonna miss me when I’m gone.”

I found a genius new tune from British newcomer Laura Mvula. It is called ‘Green Garden.’ This song is a ray of sunshine. It is filled with positivity + an addictive clapping beat. “Wherever you go, wherever you take me I go.” I am loving her soulful voice. You are going to want to go outside with Laura Mvula in her green garden. Trust me on this. I am intrigued to hear more songs by her. 2013 will be a great year for her.

Wild Belle is a new band from America. Their song ‘It’s Too Late’ is a powerful tune. Some of the powerful lines are: “Now that you want me, it’s too late…It’s too late for love.” This is a perfect indie-alternative track. I would consider this to be a great breakup song. The lyrics are sassy. This is one of my favorite tunes at the moment. It will be one of yours too.

I wanted to make sure that I shared HAIM‘s ‘Forever’ with you. I have had this tune for well over a month. It is still going strong on my playlists. If you do not already know this indie-alternative song yet. You will surely be hearing it soon. “Go get out of my memory.”

Bass King + X-Vertigo remixed Rihanna + Mikky Ekko‘s new single ‘Stay.’ The original is brilliant. This will be a big hit internationally. Bass King + X-Vertigo turned this love duet into a dance anthem. Trust me! This remix will mentally put you in a great place. It is filled with energy and complements Rihanna + Mikky Ekko’s vocals. “Somethin’ in the way you move makes me feel like I can’t live without you. It takes me all the way. I want you to stay.”

Disclosure has a killer new tune featuring AlunaGeorge called ‘White Noise.’ This tune is epic. It has major 90′s house elements to it.  AlunaGeorge’s vocals sound different than they do on their other tunes.  It sounds fun + fresh.  This has already gone to #1 on the Hype Machine chart. These are two of my favorite new artists. I am thrilled that they worked together to create ‘White Noise.’ 2013 is going to be a creative year for music. I can feel it already.

Kat Krazy tends to create really great remixes. He remixed the British group Bastille‘s new single ‘Pompeii.’ The original track is a fantastic tune with powerful lyrics. The reason I adore this remix is because of the way Kat Krazy makes Bastille’s vocals shine. The remix is fun + filled with energy. I can listen to this on repeat + not get bored of it. This is a great tune + remix. I know you will enjoy it.

The last song I must share with you is the new version of Bingo Players‘ ‘Rattle.’ They re-released the brilliant electro single from 2011 with vocals from Far East Movement. The new title is ‘Get Up (Rattle).’ The original was great, but the new 2013 version is perfect. I am not the only one who thinks so. It is currently the #1 song in the UK. I am happy for their success. This was one of my favorite tunes in 2011. “Get Up!”

Remember the Salt-N-Pepa classic ‘Whatta Man?’ I know you do. Stooshe did a cover of it on their mixtape last year. It is brilliant. It samples Wretch 32 + Josh Kumra’s ‘Don’t Go’ and Clipse’s ‘Grindin.’ Can you imagine all those tracks mixed together? You can now. Stooshe did their thing with this cover. They made a newly mastered version of ‘Whatta Man’ that might be on their upcoming album. I have to say that I prefer the mixtape version better. The mixtape version is perfect + more creative.

The last Stooshe tune I want to share with you is ‘Ain’t No Other Me.’ It has a classic R&B/pop feel to it. It is a great feel good tune. There is no way you will not enjoy this song. “I’m a new girl in a different world…and you know too well, there ain’t no other me.”

Haim is a new band from LA that recently has been blowing up indie/alternative radio stations. They have also been getting a lot of play on the BBC Radio 1. Their current single ‘Don’t Save Me’ has been remixed by Cyril Hahn. This is the ultimate indie dance party track. The remix has a calming effect to it. The original is great. I prefer to listen to the remix though. You will enjoy it. “Baby, don’t save me now.”

I put Pacific Air‘s ‘Float’ on my last post. This song is quite epic. I found a great remix of the tune by TheFatRat. It starts off in a soothing matter + quickly builds up in energy. This remix is creative. TheFatRat did a great job with this one. I heard this remix at an indie dance party earlier in the week. The dancefloor was packed. Get ready to be pleased by its greatness.

I am in love with ‘We Got the World’ by Icona Pop. It is an explosion of pop-dance goodness. The track is completely different than their first single, ‘I Love It.’ ‘We Got the World’ is fun + positive. You will have a blast dancing to this one. “They say you’re a freak when we’re having fun. Say you must be high when we’re spreading love, but we’re just living life + we never stop.”

David Guetta + Taped Rai‘s ‘Just One Last Time’ has been remixed by Hard Rock Sofa. This is a remix with tons of energy. This is the perfect Saturday night tune. I can just picture a big dancefloor going crazy when this song comes on. The remix takes you on a trip with highs, lows, build ups + insane beats. Put this on your party playlists + watch your party go wild.
